Our Shipping and Handling Rates
In rare instances, additional shipping and handling charges may apply. Any changes to tax or shipping and handling charges, if necessary, will be provided in a separate communication along with the reason for the change.

Orders:
Currently we can only take and fulfill online(website) and ( phone)orders from persons
(i) paying in U.S dollars, and (ii) requesting delivery within the 48 contiguous United States only. We cannot take online orders for international delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii & Offshore U.S
Territories: While persons in AK, HI, PR, V.I and
other U.S territories cannot order online using our website,
you can order by calling our Call Center at ( 800) 617-2676

Postal Route, P.O.Box/APO-FPO
Addresses:
Sorry, we are not able to ship Two-day or any Overnight/Saturday Deliveries to a P.O Box number, postal route address or APO/FPO address. Shipments to a P.O.Box or APO/FPO address will automatically be delivered via U.S.Mail unless we decide to utilize a different method of shipment of similar quality.
How to Ship & Delivery Time Expectations
Our goal is to ship most in-stock orders the same day when placed by 11: AM (eastern time zone) Monday - Friday (holidays excluded). For orders requesting delivery by Economy Ground, we'll ship most in-stock orders by the next Business day (typically 24 - 48 hours from receipt and credit approval of order). Fraud prevention, credit approval, order volume, system problems, weather conditions, and other variables can affect processing, however. Sunday and holiday shipments/deliveries are not available at this time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following week pending payment authorization. Choose from one of our low-cost shipping and handling options below.

With our value-priced ground service, expect delivery within four- seven business days from shipment date. See our shipping and handling chart above for rates.
Rush Second Day
In a hurry? Just place your order for in-stock items by 11:AM (Easternl Time) Monday-Friday (holidays excluded) and if there are no unforeseen delays, we'll ship it the same day. While we cannot make promises for the carrier, delivery should be made within two business days of the shipping date. (Note: some carriers require three-day delivery to certain destinations.) Please include a delivery address, where someone can accept the shipment during normal business hours. See our shipping and handling chart above for rates.
Our Returns Policy †
Refunds for credit card will be credited to the original credit account number used at the time of purchase. Allow time for the credit to appear in your second billing cycle after the return. Refunds of purchases made by personal or business check or money order will be made by check usually within 21 days after the return.
Most merchandise may be returned for refund along with a 10% of sale re-stocking fee deduction for a period of 7 days from the date of our shipment to you. Merchandise must be returned to the Popcorn Guys, with transportation charges prepaid, in new and resalable condition, in original cartons with original packing, accessories, guarantees and instructions.
Popcorn Kits and containers are shipped in manufacturer-sealed packages. We will not accept returns of any kits & containers that have been opened. Please refer to the manufacturer's return policy's.
Note: Returns that are not made as set out above will be sent back or rejected and no refund or credit will be processed. Also note that manufacturer warranty information provides return ship to information.
Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-617-2376 within 5 calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.
Product Warranties
Some products sold
by Popcorn Guys come with a limited warranty provided by the
manufacturers. All merchandise which does not include a
warranty by the manufacturers is sold AS IS, without warranty.
Popcorn Guys makes no other warranties of any kind,
express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose with regard to the
merchandise. Products which have been subject to
misuse, neglect, accident or modification, or which have been
soldered or altered during assembly and are not capable of
being tested are excluded from any warranty.
Popcorn Guys shall have no liability to customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage arising out of or connected with the merchandise including, but not limited to, any claim for incidental or consequential damages, regardless of any warranty included with the merchandise. Please refer to the manufacturer's or vendor's warranty included with the merchandise to determine the remedies available in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship.
Some states do not allow exclusion of or limitations on implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In addition, you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
Manufacturers' Warranties
Many specific products offered by the
Popcorn Guys are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. A copy
of a specific warranty, where one is offered by a warrantor,
will be made available for inspection before sale, upon
